ABU DHABI – Get ready to dance under the Yas Island sky as Idris Elba is set to headline the Yasalam Official After-Party during the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025.
The award-winning actor, producer, and DJ will bring his signature house sound to Garden on Yas on Friday, December 5. His performance, part of the Grand Prix weekend running from December 5 to 8, promises an unforgettable night of global rhythms, soulful beats, and London-inspired energy.
Elba will perform his acclaimed project Sound International, a deep house experience shaped by London’s iconic sound-system culture.
Fans can anticipate an uplifting mix of beats and soul that mirrors his eclectic musical background. Sharing the night’s stage will be Berlin-based electronic collective Keinemusik, while Calvin Harris takes over the turntables the following evening, Saturday, December 6.

The Garden on Yas venue has become one of the most exclusive race-weekend hotspots. Located beside W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island, the open-air space overlooks the marina and key track turns – 8, 11 and 12 – offering panoramic views and a vibrant atmosphere.

Tickets to Garden on Yas cost Dh745, providing access to Friday’s Formula 1 practice sessions, live entertainment throughout the day, and general admission to the Emirates NBD After-Race Concert at Etihad Park featuring Post Malone and Elyanna.
Guests will also enjoy Thursday access to Fanzones and Benson Boone’s performance.
The After-Race Concerts to continue through the weekend with Metallica on Saturday, December 6, and Katy Perry closing the festivities on Sunday, December 7.
